Favorite One Simple Wish moment so far:
The holiday party One Simple Wish held for homeless families This one time, at One Simple wish... we visited families living in motel rooms and invited them to a holiday party. It was the most surreal experience for me- just how incredibly grateful the families were and willing to invite us into their homes. It just reminded me to count my blessings and to appreciate even the small things.
This celeb makes me Justin Beiber-fan crazy:
The most "fan-crazed" moment I had was for Dave Matthews. Every year, Nashville has a giant Memorial Day Parade and it just so happened that this specific holiday weekend the County Music Awards were in town. At the last minute- my friend and I got tickets for the CMA's sound check. Both being huge DMB fans, we HAD to get downtown- parking was a disaster so we literally ran through the Memorial Day parade, pass the floats and marching bands in order to not miss Dave sound check. Dedication.

A day at the beach with good friends
Besides granting wishes, what I'm looking forward to most about this trip:
Experiencing the different city cultures and experiencing life on the road- Maybe I missed my calling as a tour manager. lol

Favorite One Simple Wish moment so far:
I don't get to sit back and reflect a lot because things are so busy here but at A Night of 1000 Wishes while one of our presenters was speaking, I looked around the room and saw it full of so many supporters, so much love and I was just so overwhelmed with pride I started crying. I am so happy to have created a way for so many people to share their love and support with kids who've been in such terrible circumstances. It just fills my heart with so much pride!

Seeing my daughters' reactions to the new places and all the different types of people they are going to get to see and meet. I love seeing the world through their eyes.

Every time I stop by One Simple Wish's office building and see the team working diligently to fulfill their organizations special mission.

Can't think of too many celebs that make me 'Beiber-fan crazy'; however, I'd like to meet investment phenomena Jim Rodgers and Warren Buffet.

Enjoying a low humidity, sunny day with a cold beverage and a good book while sitting on my back porch.
Besides granting wishes, what I'm looking forward to most about this trip:
Spending time with the wonderful team at One Simple Wish, laughing with two adorable children (and few big kids), meeting people from across the United States, and making as big of a difference as I can. This is an opportunity I couldn't imagine missing.

I loved working in the Wish Shop! It was such an amazing experience helping the girls pick our their dresses, and recommending different jewelry and shoes. They were all so grateful! I only wish I could have been there more.
